Liver_spatial lactate tracing

MALDI imaging mass spec of liver from mice infused with isotopically labeled lactate. Data acquired in negative ion mode. In each file, first 2 columns are spatial coordinates, the third column is the total ion count, and the fourth column onwards are compound ion counts. n = 4 mice.本数据集为经同位素标记乳酸盐灌注的小鼠肝脏的基质辅助激光解吸电离成像质谱（MALDI imaging mass spec）数据，数据采集于负离子模式下。每个数据文件中，前两列为空间坐标，第三列为总离子计数，第四列及之后的列均为化合物离子计数。本实验共使用4只小鼠。
