Atlas, TGP, geographically restricted variants

Allele age estimated using GEVA on data from the 1000 Genomes Project (TGP), for variants that are geographically restricted according to their population frequencies in different geographic regions; sampled across all autosomes.

本数据集基于千基因组计划（1000 Genomes Project, TGP）的测序数据，采用GEVA工具对遗传变异的等位基因年龄进行估算，研究对象为在不同地理区域内依据群体频率呈现地理限制性分布的变异位点，且采样覆盖全部常染色体。
