HHPred alignment file

This file contains the alignment generated by HHPred for use in the modeling program MODELLER. The alignment file is generated between a target sequence and 2 template structures found in the Protein Databank database. This file will then be used in MODELLER to generate a predicted model of your target protein sequence.
