Overcoming chemoresistance would markedly improve therapeutic responses and prolong the lifespan of numerous cancer patients. To address this issue, we performed unbiased genome-wide screens to functionally dissect the genetic dependencies of cancer cells under the chemotherapeutic stress, aiming to identify potential venues that can be clinically exploited in treating chemoresistant tumors.

克服化疗耐药(chemoresistance)可显著提升癌症患者的治疗应答效果,延长其生存期。为解决这一临床难题,我们开展了无偏全基因组筛选(unbiased genome-wide screens),以在化疗应激条件下对癌细胞的遗传依赖特征进行功能解析,旨在识别出可用于临床治疗化疗耐药性肿瘤的潜在靶点及干预途径。
