It is the first systematic study of how carbohydrate content affects gut health through microbiota and gut metabolism, which is different from mammals, especially in the composition of gut microbiota after a high-carbohydrate diet.本研究为首个系统性探究碳水化合物含量如何通过肠道微生物群（gut microbiota）与肠道代谢影响肠道健康的研究，其研究对象与哺乳动物存在显著差异，尤其体现在高碳水化合物饮食后的肠道菌群组成层面。
