California Central Valley salmon predators acoustic telemetry detections 2012-2020

This dataset is a compilation of all 69kHz and 180kHz Vemco (a.k.a. Innovasea) detections occurring during 2012-2020 of acoustic tagged fish predators in California's Central Valley watershed. In total, the detections from 1,036 predators are contained within this dataset, with each record (row) representing one detection of an individual acoustic tag at an individual acoustic receiver. We provide this data to the public as part of a larger effort to create a standard operating procedure for classifying juvenile salmonid tag detections as either still representing the originally tagged salmonid or representing a predator who consumed the tagged salmonid.本数据集汇编了2012年至2020年间，加利福尼亚州中央山谷流域内所有经声学标记的鱼类捕食者的69kHz与180kHz维姆科（Vemco，又名Innovasea）检测记录。 本数据集共包含1036尾捕食者的检测记录，每条记录（行）对应单个声学标签（acoustic tag）在单个声学接收器（acoustic receiver）处的一次检测事件。 我们向公众公开本数据集，作为一项系统性研究工作的组成部分：该工作旨在建立一套标准操作规程，用于对幼鲑科鱼类的声学标签检测记录进行分类，以区分两类检测对象：一类仍是最初被标记的幼鲑科个体，另一类则是吞食了该标记个体的捕食者。
