The biodiversity of birch stands in agricultural landscapes of Estonia is associated with past land use, restoration approach, site and landscape variables

The dataset includes vascular plant, bryophyte and lichen species data and environmental data collected from 33 birch stands in Estonia representing three stand types with different restoration approach (birch plantations on previous agricultural land, naturally regenerated stands on previous agricultural land and birch stands on native forest land).本数据集包含从爱沙尼亚33处桦木林分中采集的维管植物（vascular plant）、苔藓植物（bryophyte）与地衣（lichen）物种数据及环境数据；这些林分分属三种采用不同恢复措施的林分型，分别为原农用土地上的桦木人工林、原农用土地上的天然更新桦木林分，以及原生林地上的桦木林分。
