Expression of PRAME in retinoblastoma primary tumors

Transcriptome analysis of partially degraded and fragmented RNA samples from retinoblastoma primary tumors. Global gene expression profiling has shown great promise in high-throughput biomarker discovery for early disease detection in Retinoblastoma tumors. In this analysis we have used 3 retinoblastoma primary tumors in triplicates which was normalised against human healthy Retina. Here, we have used nanogram scale of retinoblastoma RNA, processed in HUMAN GENE 1.0 ST ARRAYS. We have analysed the gene expression in 2 normal healthy adult retina collected from cadaveric eyes and 3 retinoblastoma primary tumors视网膜母细胞瘤（retinoblastoma）原发肿瘤部分降解与片段化RNA样本的转录组分析。全基因表达谱分析在视网膜母细胞瘤肿瘤的早期检测高通量生物标志物发现领域已展现出巨大应用潜力。本分析中，我们针对3例视网膜母细胞瘤原发肿瘤样本设置三次生物学重复，并以人类健康视网膜作为对照进行标准化处理。本次实验采用纳克级别的视网膜母细胞瘤RNA样本，通过人类基因1.0 ST芯片（HUMAN GENE 1.0 ST ARRAYS）完成实验处理与检测。我们对2份取自尸体眼球的正常成人健康视网膜样本，以及3例视网膜母细胞瘤原发肿瘤样本的基因表达情况进行了分析。
