Evidence suggests that extracellular vesicles (EVs) act as mediators and biomarkers of neurodegenerative diseases. Two distinct forms of Alzheimer Disease (AD) are known: a late-onset sporadic form (SAD) and an early-onset familial form (FAD). This project aims to characterize and compare the protein profile of systemic EVs from postmortem SAD and FAD patients and compared them to postmortem controls. We used LC-MS/MS label-free analysis.
已有研究证据表明,细胞外囊泡(extracellular vesicles, EVs)可作为神经退行性疾病的介导因子与生物标志物。目前已知阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer Disease, AD)存在两种截然不同的分型:晚发型散发性阿尔茨海默病(SAD)与早发型家族性阿尔茨海默病(FAD)。本项目旨在对死后SAD患者、FAD患者的全身性细胞外囊泡蛋白质组谱进行表征,并与死后对照个体的相应谱型开展比较分析。本研究采用液相色谱-串联质谱无标记定量分析技术完成实验。
