Bacillus subtilis subtilis RO-NN-1 P4F8 resequencing

Genome resequencing of B. subtilis mutant strain resulting from random recombinations between strains NCIB 3610 and RO-NN-1. Strain is mostly RO-NN-1 (~80%) but the rest includes randomly swapped snippets of NCIB 3610.本数据集针对通过菌株NCIB 3610与RO-NN-1随机重组获得的枯草芽孢杆菌（Bacillus subtilis）突变菌株开展了基因组重测序。该突变菌株的基因组主体约80%来自RO-NN-1，剩余序列则包含来自NCIB 3610的随机交换基因组片段。
