Variant analysis of the chicken IFITM locus. chIFITM variants

A total of 206 chickens were target-sequenced using SureSelect probes. The GATK pipeline was used to assess variant calling. Samples were sequenced on a MiSeq sequencer.本研究采用SureSelect捕获探针（SureSelect probes）对206只家鸡进行靶向测序。使用基因组分析工具包（Genome Analysis ToolKit，GATK）分析流程完成变异检测评估。所有样本均在MiSeq测序仪（MiSeq sequencer）上完成测序。
