RNAseq reads were aligned with STAR 2.5.3a and gene expression was quantified with RSEM 1.3.0EGA dataset EGAD00010001703本数据集的RNA测序读段（RNA-seq reads）采用STAR 2.5.3a软件完成序列比对，基因表达量通过RSEM 1.3.0软件进行定量，对应欧洲基因组表型档案（European Genome-phenome Archive, EGA）数据集EGAD00010001703。
