We performed RNA sequencing and smallRNA sequencing experiments on visual cortex tissues from three groups of animals: wildtype mice postnatal day 10 (P10-WT), wildtype mice postnatal day 28 (P28-WT), and miR-132/212 null mice postnatal day 28 (P28-KO). Overall design: The objective of this study was to examine the role of Mir-132/212 in age-dependent transcriptome and binocular matching of orientation preference and depth perception.
本研究对三组动物的视觉皮层组织开展了RNA测序(RNA sequencing)与小RNA测序(smallRNA sequencing)实验,三组动物分别为出生后第10天的野生型小鼠(P10-WT)、出生后第28天的野生型小鼠(P28-WT),以及出生后第28天的miR-132/212基因敲除小鼠(P28-KO)。整体实验设计:本研究旨在探究Mir-132/212在年龄依赖型转录组以及方位偏好与深度知觉的双眼匹配中的作用。
