research of gut flora on West syndrome through 16S amplicon sequencing

30 children with West syndrome and 30 health ones were enrolled. The children with disease were treated with adrenocorticotropic hormone and sequencing was performed on feces before and after treatment. These 90 samples of 3 groups were analysed for relation between gut flora and West syndrome.

本研究纳入30例婴儿痉挛症（West syndrome）患儿及30例健康儿童作为受试对象。受试患儿接受促肾上腺皮质激素（adrenocorticotropic hormone）治疗，并于治疗前后采集粪便样本进行测序分析。本研究针对上述3组共计90份样本展开分析，以探究肠道菌群与婴儿痉挛症之间的关联。
