Sample Targeted DamID processed data for the damidBind R package

Sample Targeted DamID data (processed NGS reads) and associated peak calls, for demonstrating the functions and capabilities of the damidBind R package. Log2-ratio bedgraph files were generated using damidseq_pipeline (v1.6, default options)CATaDa bedgraph files were generated using damidseq_pipeline (v1.6) with the --catada flagPeaks files were generated using find_peaks (v1.2, default options)本数据集包含用于演示damidBind R软件包功能与性能的示例靶向DamID（Targeted DamID）数据，涵盖经处理的下一代测序（Next-Generation Sequencing, NGS）读段及相关峰值调用结果。 采用damidseq_pipeline（v1.6，默认参数）生成了对数2比率bedgraph文件； 通过搭载--catada运行参数的damidseq_pipeline（v1.6）生成了CATaDa bedgraph文件； 使用find_peaks（v1.2，默认参数）生成了峰值文件。
