This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Mimachlamys varia to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Darwin Tree of Life Project (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).

本项目作为达尔文生命之树项目（Darwin Tree of Life Project，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/）的一部分，收集了为杂色拟栉孔扇贝（Mimachlamys varia）生成的基因组数据（genomic data）与转录组数据（transcriptomic data），以推动其基因组组装与注释（genome assembly and annotation）工作的开展。本项目产生的数据将依据达尔文生命之树开放数据发布政策（Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）公开共享。
