The Record of cases committed for trial records the date of the committal, the name of the prisoners, the nature of the offences, to what Court they are committed, whether they were admitted to Bail or not and if so then what amount and the names of sureties, the name, occupation and residence of the witnesses, and the names of Committing Magistrates and the date when the papers were sent to the Attorney General.This volume also contains a register of applications for auctioneers’, hawkers’ and other licenses, a record of cases dealt with under the “First Offenders” provisions of the Crimes Act, a list of furniture in the court house, and a list of the law books at the court house.

《移送审判案件登记簿》记录了案件移送日期、在押被告人姓名、犯罪性质、移送管辖的法院、是否准予保释（若准予则列明保释金额及担保人姓名）、证人姓名、职业与住址，以及移送治安法官的姓名与案卷移送总检察长的日期。本卷还收录了拍卖商、小贩及其他执照的申请登记册、《刑事法》“初犯者”条款项下办结案件的记录、法院大楼家具清单，以及法院大楼馆藏法律图书清单。
