FROM THE CONSOLIDATION OF OUTSOURCING TO THE PROBLEMATIC DEFINITION OF FIRM IN CHILE

The question about what a firm is offers a key perspective to analyze the complex phenomenon of outsourcing. This article tackles this problem from the Chilean case, where the definition of firm takes a specific place in the Labor Law, with social and political consequences to the worlds of work. The article is organized in two sections. In the first one, I analyze both the consolidation and regulation of outsourcing in Chile. From this framework, in the second section I discusses the definition of firm in the light of the current reality of outsourcing in Chile.何为企业这一命题，为剖析外包（outsourcing）这一复杂社会现象提供了核心研究视角。本文以智利为研究案例展开探讨：在智利，企业的定义在《劳动法》（Labor Law）中具有特殊定位，其对劳动领域产生了社会与政治层面的影响。本文共分为两个章节：第一章，笔者将分析智利外包业态的发展整合与监管规制现状；在此分析框架基础上，第二章结合智利当前的外包发展实际，探讨企业的定义问题。
