Transcriptome of tobacco respond to an exogenous ABA analogue

1',4'-trans-ABA-diol is a precursor analogue of ABA. Tobacco was sprayed with 2 mg / L 1',4'-trans-ABA-diol, and the control was sprayed with equal amount of water. In 12 h, 24 h and 48 h after treatment, the treated and control leaf samples were taken for RNA-seq. Each sample had three replicates.1',4'-反式-ABA-二醇（1',4'-trans-ABA-diol）是脱落酸（Abscisic Acid, ABA）的前体类似物。本实验以2 mg/L的1',4'-反式-ABA-二醇喷施烟草，对照组喷施等量清水。分别于处理后12 h、24 h及48 h采集处理组与对照组的叶片样本进行RNA测序（RNA-seq），每份样本设置三次生物学重复。
