RNA-seq of different genes expression in Hepatocellular Carcinoma cell lines

We report the different genes expression profile of mRNA in HCC cell lines. we constructed three kinds of cell lines, including control/USP39-KO/SIRT7-KO. different genes mRNA profiles of control, USP39-KO and SIRT7-KO HCC cell lines.本研究报道了肝细胞癌（Hepatocellular Carcinoma, HCC）细胞系中差异基因的信使RNA（messenger RNA, mRNA）表达谱。本研究构建了三类细胞系，包括野生型对照（Control）、泛素特异性蛋白酶39基因敲除（USP39-KO）以及沉默调节蛋白7基因敲除（SIRT7-KO）细胞系。本数据集涵盖了野生型对照、USP39-KO及SIRT7-KO肝细胞癌细胞系的差异基因mRNA表达谱。
