The goal was to apply the ratio of N2 to argon to investigate the nitrogen transformation in aerobic and anaerobic landfills. The results showed N2-generating and N2-consuming processes occurred during landfill stabilization. Microorganisms responsible for nitrification, ammonification, denitrification, and anammox were assesed to further understand the nitrogen transformation in landfills.
本研究旨在利用氮气(N₂)与氩气(argon)的比值,探究好氧填埋场与厌氧填埋场中的氮素转化过程。研究结果表明,在填埋场稳定化进程中,同时存在氮气生成与氮气消耗两类反应过程。为进一步明晰填埋场内的氮素转化机制,本研究对参与硝化作用、氨化作用、反硝化作用及厌氧氨氧化(anammox)的相关微生物开展了评估分析。
