Public establishment of intercommunal cooperation in the Var department on 18/05/2021

Scope of public institutions for inter-municipal cooperation (own taxation or other).
Public institutions for inter-municipal cooperation (EPCI) are groupings of municipalities whose purpose is to draw up “common development projects within solidarity zones”. They are subject to common rules which are homogeneous and comparable to those of local authorities. The information presented here relates to private taxation EPCI: Urban Community (CU); Community of Agglomeration (CA); Community of Communes (CC); Union d’Agglomération Nouvelle (SAN); Metropolis (ME). There are also EPCIs without own taxation: single Vocation Intercommunal Unions (SIVU), Multiple Vocation Intercommunal Unions (SIVOM), Closed Mixed Trade Unions (SM Closed) and Open Mixed Unions (open SM).

By prefectural decree of 18/05/2021 the statutes of the community of agglomeration Var Estérel Méditerranée were amended, in particular it takes the name Estérel Côte d’Azur Agglomération.

跨市合作公共机构（拥有自主征税权或其他权限）范围
跨市合作公共机构（établissement public de coopération intercommunale，以下简称EPCI）是由多个市镇组成的联合体，其宗旨为制定"团结区内的共同发展规划"。此类机构受统一规则约束，该规则具备同质性，可与地方当局的规制标准相类比。
本次展示的信息涉及自主征税型EPCI，具体包括：城市共同体（Urban Community，CU）、集聚共同体（Community of Agglomeration，CA）、市镇共同体（Community of Communes，CC）、新集聚联合体（Union d’Agglomération Nouvelle，SAN）以及大都会区（Metropolis，ME）。
此外还存在无自主征税权的EPCI，类别包括：单一职能跨市联合体（Single Vocation Intercommunal Union，SIVU）、多职能跨市联合体（Multiple Vocation Intercommunal Union，SIVOM）、封闭型混合联合体（Closed Mixed Trade Union，SM Closed）以及开放型混合联合体（Open Mixed Union，open SM）。
根据2021年5月18日的省府法令，瓦尔-埃斯泰尔勒-地中海集聚共同体的章程完成修订，其正式更名为埃斯泰尔勒蔚蓝海岸集聚共同体。
