Notational Analysis of the 2022 FIVB Men's World Championships (Pool Stage)

The current data set was collected as part of a PhD study in which the objective was to identify which skills were associated with successful volleyball performance, and how this may vary across complexes. Success was defined in three ways, all of which are commonly associated with volleyball performance; Rally Outcome, Set Outcome and Match Outcome. Due to footage quality and issues only 26 matches were analysed from the pool stage of the 2022 FIVB Men's World Championships, all of which were available via Volleyball World TV at the time of data collection.本数据集源于一项博士研究，其研究目标为识别与排球赛事成功表现相关的技能类型，以及该关联如何在不同比赛情境下产生差异。本次研究采用三种常用于排球赛事表现评估的成功定义：单回合结果（Rally Outcome）、单局结果（Set Outcome）与整场赛果（Match Outcome）。受限于录像画质及其他问题，本次分析仅选取2022年国际排联（FIVB）男子排球世锦赛小组赛阶段的26场赛事，且所有赛事录像均在数据采集阶段可通过世界排球电视（Volleyball World TV）获取。
