在合肥工业大学的开放环境下对该工艺场景各环境负荷进行收集。采集工艺为激光焊,采集条件为开放式采集,焊接材料为碳化钨粉末,母材为合金钢,采集了CO2、NOx、O3、PM2.5、PM10等物质,采集数据为原始采集,以实验稳定值作为最终结果。
Environmental loads in the laser welding process scenario were collected in an open environment at Hefei University of Technology. The collection was conducted under open conditions, using tungsten carbide powder as the welding material and alloy steel as the base material. Substances including CO₂, NOₓ, O₃, PM2.5, PM10 and others were collected. The collected data were raw experimental measurements, and the final results were derived from the stable values recorded during the experiments.
