CeO2 non ambient XRD measurement from room temperature up to 300 degrees Celsius

XRD dataset collected with Cu anode x-ray lamp in a laboratory setting. Cubic CeO2, starting from room temperature (RT = 23 deg. Celsius) ending at 300 deg. celsius. Acquisition parameters can be found in the .xrdml files. Nevertheless, .xy files are provided (column file, left column diffraction angle 2theta, right column intensity) for easier data plotting.本数据集为实验室环境下采用铜靶（Cu）X射线灯管采集得到的X射线衍射（X-ray Diffraction, XRD）数据集，测试样品为立方相二氧化铈（Cubic CeO₂），测试温度范围为室温（23摄氏度）至300摄氏度。相关采集参数可在.xrdml格式文件中查阅。为便于快速开展数据绘图工作，本次同步提供了.xy格式列数据文件，该文件采用两列数据排布，第一列为衍射角2θ，第二列为衍射强度。
