16S rRNA gene-based primer pair showed high specificity and quantification accuracy in detecting freshwater Brocadiales anammox bacteria

29 samples of various types and from different locations were used to evaluate a primer pair devised to target freshwater Brocadiales anammox bacteria. Illumina amplicon sequencing reads using this primer pair as well as bacterial primer pair were obtained.

本实验选取29份来源各异、采自不同生境的样本，用于评估针对淡水布罗卡菌目（Brocadiales）厌氧氨氧化（anammox）细菌设计的引物对。采用该引物对与通用细菌引物对分别进行扩增子测序，获取了伊卢米纳（Illumina）平台的测序读段数据。
