In a multicenter prospective cohort study of infants hospitalized with bronchiolitis, we profiled their epigenome-wide blood DNA methylation level at hospitalization using Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip. We found that blood DNA methylation signatures were associated with bronchiolitis severity and various respiratory and immune traits.
