Annotated record of the detailed examination of Mn deposits from VEMA 4 Expedition stations@en

The cores and dredges described in this report were taken during the VEMA 4 Expedition from July until September 1954 by the Lamont Geological Observatory, Columbia University from the R/V Vema. A total of 54 cores were recovered and are available at Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory for sampling and study.本报告提及的沉积物岩芯与拖网采泥样品，采集于1954年7月至9月开展的VEMA 4号考察航次，由哥伦比亚大学拉蒙特地质观测站（Lamont Geological Observatory）搭乘Vema号海洋科考调查船（R/V Vema）完成作业。本次航次共回收54份沉积物岩芯，相关样品现存于拉蒙特-多尔蒂地球观测站（Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory），可供后续采样与研究使用。
