The data files are named according to their corresponding content and numbered based on their order of appearance in the manuscript for easy reference.<br>1. Data of parameter sensitivity ranking.xlsx The parameter rankings for sensitivity (IVARS50) for three sites (TGL, WQ, GZ), three depth layers (TOP, MID, BOT), and two variables (ST, SM) are stored in the Rank_Matrix Sheet. The final rankings are stored in the Rank_Final Sheet.<br>2. Data of objective function iteration.xlsx Iterations in the objective function during three parameter calibration experiments are stored in the CaliTGL, CaliTSH, and CaliMAP Sheets, respectively. For each Sheet, "ID" represents the iteration number, "NSE" or "Kappa" represents the corresponding objective function value, "Best" indicates the current best objective function value, "ID-Ens" denotes the iteration number corresponding to the 13 sets selected for parameter-ensemble simulation, and "ID-Default" denotes the iteration number corresponding to the default parameters.<br>3. Data of spatial validation ranking.xlsx Results of independent spatial validation for four experiments (annual means and change rates of ALT, TTOP, and GT10m), with RMSE sorted by site/survey area.<br>4. Data of spatial validation for CaliMAP.xlsx Detailed results of independent spatial validation for the CaliMAP experiment, where the observations sourced from Zhao et al., 2021 (https://doi.org/10.5194/essd-13-4207-2021)<br>5. Data of permafrost area voting.xlsx Cell-by-cell permafrost type changes (permafrost versus seasonally frozen ground) based on the CaliMAP experiment, derived from 13 ensemble simulation voting.<br>6. Data of ALT trend.xlsx Cell-by-cell ALT trends and their p-values based on the CaliMAP experiment.<br>7. Data of TTOP trend.xlsx Cell-by-cell TTOP trends and their p-values based on the CaliMAP experiment.<br>8. Note, the permafrost area were calculated under an area-equal projection after excluding glacier and lake area.<br>11. Data of discrepancies of site-based calibrations.xlsx Percentage discrepancies in permafrost area, ALT, TTOP, and DZAA in 2010 and phased trends of CaliFree, CaliTGL, and CaliTSH, compared to the CaliMAP simulations.

CaliMAP空间验证数据.xlsx:CaliMAP实验的独立空间验证详细结果,所用观测数据源自Zhao等,2021(https://doi.org/10.5194/essd-13-4207-2021)。 5. 多年冻土类型投票数据.xlsx:基于CaliMAP实验,通过13组集合模拟投票得到的逐网格多年冻土类型变化数据(多年冻土vs季节冻土)。 6. 活动层厚度(ALT)趋势数据.xlsx:基于CaliMAP实验得到的逐网格活动层厚度(ALT)变化趋势及其p值。 7. 冻融界面温度(TTOP)趋势数据.xlsx:基于CaliMAP实验得到的逐网格冻融界面温度(TTOP)变化趋势及其p值。 8. DZAA趋势数据.xlsx:基于CaliMAP实验得到的逐网格DZAA变化趋势及其p值。 9. 多年冻土平均地温(MAGT)趋势数据.xlsx:基于CaliMAP实验得到的逐网格多年冻土平均地温(MAGT)变化趋势及其p值。 10. 多年冻土变量时间序列数据.xlsx:基于CaliMAP实验得到的多年冻土面积、季节冻土面积以及活动层厚度(ALT)、冻融界面温度(TTOP)、DZAA、多年冻土平均地温(MAGT)的时间序列数据。注:多年冻土面积是在排除冰川与湖泊面积后,采用等面积投影计算得到的。 11. 站点校准差异数据.xlsx:相较于CaliMAP模拟结果,2010年多年冻土面积、活动层厚度(ALT)、冻融界面温度(TTOP)、DZAA的百分比差异,以及CaliFree、CaliTGL和CaliTSH的阶段性变化趋势。
