Global studies microbial diversity from zebrafish intestines

The microbiota diversity in the gut is a good indicator of host health; lower microbiota diversity has been reproducibly observed in IBD patients. Here, we further analyzed whether microbes are involved in the Ctla-4 deficiency-induced pathogenesis in zebrafish.
