Time variation of accelerometer sensor data from a smartphone placed on the same surface next to the mobilefuge is recorded to show the vibrations caused by the mobilefuge.

This data set has three csv files that are used to create the Figure 9 in the mobilefuge article.

The labels in the first row of each of the file are Time (s), acceleration along the x-direction (m/s^2), acceleration along the y-direction (m/s^2) and acceleration along the z-direction (m/s^2).

本数据集记录了放置于移动离心机（mobilefuge）旁同一平面的智能手机所采集的加速度传感器数据随时间的变化情况，用以展示该设备运行时产生的振动。

本数据集包含三个CSV格式文件，用于复现移动离心机相关学术论文中的图9。

三个数据文件分别为：Figure.9a_mobilefuge_off.csv、Fugure.9b_mobilefuge_on.csv以及Figure.9c_mobilefuge_with_pad.csv。

各文件首行的表头字段依次为：时间（秒，s）、X方向加速度（单位：米每二次方秒，m/s²）、Y方向加速度（单位：米每二次方秒，m/s²）以及Z方向加速度（单位：米每二次方秒，m/s²）。
