<p>Cutting parameters should be adjusted with regard to the material being processed, among other factors. Precision, speed, and efficiency are also taken into account. Modern tools can provide all this, provided that they are used for a specific purpose and set up correctly. When selecting cutting parameters, attention should be paid to the hardness of the material, which is the resistance it offers when a cutting tool is pressed into it, as well as the way deformations occur.</p> <p>The selection of cutting parameters involves:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Choosing the appropriate tool;</p> </li> <li> <p>Selecting the right cutting insert for the material, considering its coating;</p> </li> <li> <p>Determining the basic cutting parameters (Vc – cutting speed and Fn - feed rate) recommended by the manufacturer for processing the specific material;</p> </li> <li> <p>Based on the selected cutting parameters, determining the machining parameters for the machine tool (spindle speed n and feed rate vf), taking into account the maximum parameters of the selected machine;</p> </li> </ul> <p>Research plans for cutting trials have been outlined for the following machining processes: turning, milling, drilling, waterjet cutting, and knife cutting.</p>

切削参数应结合被加工材料及其他相关因素进行调整,同时还需兼顾加工精度、作业速度与生产效率。现代刀具可满足上述全部要求,但前提是需将其用于指定用途并完成正确安装调试。在选取切削参数时,应重点关注材料的硬度——即材料在切削刀具压入时所表现出的抗力,以及材料的变形发生规律。 切削参数的选择涵盖以下内容: 1. 选用适配的刀具; 2. 结合涂层特性,为对应被加工材料选用合适的切削刀片; 3. 确定加工该特定材料时,制造商推荐的基础切削参数(Vc——切削速度,Fn——进给量); 4. 结合所选机床的最大允许参数,根据已选定的切削参数,确定机床加工参数(主轴转速n与进给速度vf)。 已针对以下加工工序拟定切削试验研究方案:车削、铣削、钻削、水射流切割以及刀割加工。
