We have determined that chemical FoxO1 inhibition can effectively mimic many aspects of beta cell dedifferentiation in vitro and that this can be countered by loperamide treatment. RNAseq results of murine beta cell line, Min6, treated for 48h with DMSO, AS1842856 (FoxO1 inhibitor), loperamide and in combination.

我们已证实,化学抑制叉形头转录因子O1(FoxO1)可在体外有效模拟β细胞(beta cell)去分化的诸多特征,且该效应可被洛哌丁胺(loperamide)处理所拮抗。本数据集源自小鼠β细胞系Min6经二甲基亚砜(DMSO)、AS1842856(FoxO1抑制剂)、洛哌丁胺单独处理以及上述药物联合处理48小时后的RNA测序(RNA-seq)结果。
