The "Project Voice: Harmonizing the Workplace in Reducing Teachers’ Burnout" initiative aims to tackle the pressing issue of teacher burnout through a collaborative and supportive framework. This action research project recognizes that teacher burnout impacts not only individual educators but also significantly affects their performance and effectiveness in the classroom. Project Voice intends to alleviate teacher burnout by fostering musical engagement and collaboration through structured musical sessions. The research will employ a quantitative experimental design using the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) to assess the level of teacher burnout and evaluate the effectiveness of Project Voice on reducing burnout among teachers.

“声音计划:协调职场环境以缓解教师职业倦怠”项目旨在通过协作支持型框架,解决教师职业倦怠这一紧迫议题。本行动研究项目意识到,教师职业倦怠不仅会对个体教育工作者造成负面影响,还会显著削弱其课堂教学表现与专业效能。声音计划拟通过开展结构化音乐活动,培育音乐参与与协作氛围,以此缓解教师职业倦怠。本研究将采用定量实验设计,借助马斯勒职业倦怠量表(Maslach Burnout Inventory, MBI)对教师职业倦怠水平进行评估,并验证声音计划在缓解教师职业倦怠方面的实践效果。
