U-Probe: Data and probe sequences for universal agentic probe design validation

This dataset accompanies the manuscript "U-Probe: Universal agentic probe design for imaging-based spatial-omics". Contents: data/images/MiP-seq/: Fluorescence microscopy images of mouse lung tissue sections (mock, H5N6-infected, H1N1-infected) for MiP-seq spatial transcriptomics validation. data/images/herpesvirus/: DNA-FISH images for feline herpesvirus (FHV), pseudorabies virus (PRV), and herpes simplex virus (HSV-1) detection in infected cells. data/images/mutation/: Fluorescence images for RCA-based single-nucleotide mutation detection of H9N2 avian influenza PB2 627E/K polymorphism. data/probes/: Designed probe sequences (CSV) for all experimental scenarios.
