halophytic legumes nodule microbiome sequencing

Our main objective in this study was to characterize the nodule microbiomes of Sesbania cannabina and Glycine soja . The nodule microbiome of these two species were compared with that of the widely cultivated legume Glycine max.本研究的核心目标为解析田菁（Sesbania cannabina）与野大豆（Glycine soja）的根瘤微生物组，并将这两个物种的根瘤微生物组与广泛栽培的豆科植物大豆（Glycine max）的根瘤微生物组进行对比分析。
