Mechanisms of HaHV-1 Interaction with Haemocytes in Hali-otis diversicolor supertexta

We established an in vitro HaHV-1 infection model using suspension-cultured primary haemocytes from Haliotis diversicolor supertexta. Transcriptome analysis was subsequently utilized to explore the mechanism of inter-action between HaHV-1 and haemocytes.本研究以杂色鲍（Haliotis diversicolor supertexta）的悬浮培养原代血细胞为材料，构建了HaHV-1体外感染模型。随后通过转录组分析，探究了HaHV-1与血细胞之间的相互作用机制。
