Given the potential of Kosakonia sp. strain SOY2 and Agrobacterium sp. strain SOY23 for interaction with soybean in vitro and in planta, here we report a draft genome sequence of these two strains to get a better understanding of this interaction with the plant

鉴于科斯菌属未定种（Kosakonia sp.）菌株SOY2与农杆菌属未定种（Agrobacterium sp.）菌株SOY23具备在体外（in vitro）及植物体内（in planta）与大豆发生互作的潜力，本研究报道这两株菌株的草图基因组序列，以期更深入地理解二者与该植物的互作关系。
