Kosakonia sp. SOY2 Genome sequencing and assembly. Kosakonia sp. SOY2

Given the potential of Kosakonia sp. strain SOY2 and Agrobacterium sp. strain SOY23 for interaction with soybean in vitro and in planta, here we report a draft genome sequence of these two strains to get a better understanding of this interaction with the plant鉴于科斯菌属未定种（Kosakonia sp.）菌株SOY2与农杆菌属未定种（Agrobacterium sp.）菌株SOY23具备在体外（in vitro）及植物体内（in planta）与大豆发生互作的潜力，本研究报道这两株菌株的草图基因组序列，以期更深入地理解二者与该植物的互作关系。
