Bacterial Outer Membrane Vesicles (OMV) Reprogram Immune Response System to Induce Trained Immunity to Boost Tumor Vaccine

To explore the epigenetic changes and transcriptome changes of hematopoietic stem cells and antigen-presenting cells induced by OMV in trained immunity, and finally to explore whether it has a synergistic effect on vaccines.本数据集旨在探究外膜囊泡（Outer Membrane Vesicles, OMV）诱导训练免疫（trained immunity）过程中，造血干细胞（hematopoietic stem cells）与抗原呈递细胞（antigen-presenting cells）的表观遗传变化及转录组变化，并最终探究其对疫苗是否具有协同效应。
