We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to identify changes in cellular compositions and their transcriptomic expressions in kidney tissues of calcium oxalate (CaOx) nephrocalcinosis mouse model and normal mouse kidney tissues. Overall design: Male C57BL/6 J mice aged 6 to 8 weeks were used in this experiment. To establish the mouse model of CaOx nephrocalcinosis, mice were treated with GLY (100 mg/kg/d) by intraperitoneal injection for 7 days. Single cell suspensions from kidneys of these mice were used for analysis.

本研究采用单细胞RNA测序(single cell RNA sequencing,scRNA-seq),以鉴定草酸钙(calcium oxalate,CaOx)肾钙化症小鼠模型与正常小鼠肾脏组织的细胞组成及其转录组表达谱变化。 整体实验设计:本实验选用6至8周龄的雄性C57BL/6 J小鼠。为构建草酸钙肾钙化症小鼠模型,通过腹腔注射给予小鼠GLY(100 mg/kg/d),持续给药7天。提取上述小鼠肾脏的单细胞悬液用于后续分析。
