Stabilization indices of housekeeping genes in roots of Datisca glomerata plantlets treated with different phytohormones

NormFinder (Andersen et al., 2004) stabilization indices of housekeeping genes used to calculate the normalizations factors in plantlet roots of Datisca glomerata. Indices were calculated in every assay to identify the most stable internal normalizer (or combination of normalizers) and are linked to the Figures of the manuscript.

本数据集收录由Andersen等（2004）提出的NormFinder算法所计算的持家基因稳定性指数，该类指数用于计算球花四数木（Datisca glomerata）幼苗根系的归一化因子。所有指数均在每一轮实验中被测算，以筛选出最稳定的内参归一化因子（或归一化因子组合），且与本文手稿的插图一一对应。
