Three datasets with raw data related to Anoyatis-Pelé et al. 2025 "Role of endopeptidases in lateral cell wall expansion in Escherichia coli". This submission contains three datasets corresponding to : AnoyatisPele_et_al_250904_WGS_Data.rar - The raw data of the whole genomic sequencing reported in the paper AnoyatisPele_et_al_250904_MS_Data.rar - The raw data of the mass spectrometry analyses reported in the paper AnoyatisPele_et_al_250904_Microscopy_Data.rar - The raw data of the microscopy observations reported in the paper Tables describing the samples are present respectively in each archive.本数据集包含与Anoyatis-Pelé团队2025年发表的论文《内切肽酶在大肠杆菌（Escherichia coli）侧细胞壁扩张中的作用》相关的原始实验数据。 本次提交共包含三套对应以下内容的数据集： 1. AnoyatisPele_et_al_250904_WGS_Data.rar：论文中报道的全基因组测序（Whole Genome Sequencing）原始数据； 2. AnoyatisPele_et_al_250904_MS_Data.rar：论文中报道的质谱分析（Mass Spectrometry）原始数据； 3. AnoyatisPele_et_al_250904_Microscopy_Data.rar：论文中报道的显微镜观测原始数据。 每份归档文件中均分别包含对应其所属数据集的实验样本描述表格。
