Comparative study of two closely related genomes of Phyllosticta species. Phyllosticta

Phyllosticta citricarpa is an important Citrus pathogen responsible for a disease known as Citrus Black Spot. On the other hand, Phyllosticta capitalensis is a non pathogenic endophyte in citrus. The comparison of the genomes could give insights on why these closely related species present such a different behaviour in Citrus.

柑橘黑斑病菌（Phyllosticta citricarpa）是一类重要的柑橘病原菌，可引发俗称柑橘黑斑病（Citrus Black Spot）的病害。与之相对，首都叶点霉（Phyllosticta capitalensis）是一种寄生于柑橘组织内的非致病内生真菌（endophyte）。对二者的基因组开展比较分析，或可揭示这两种亲缘关系密切的物种在柑橘宿主中呈现出截然不同生存行为的内在原因。
