National Employment Programme — February 2023

Annually, the National Employment Agency develops, implements, finances and co-finances employment programmes, taking into account the duties provided by the legislation in force (Article 6(b) of Law No 202/2006 on the organisation and functioning of the National Employment Agency), based on the policies and strategies developed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection. The monthly state of implementation of the measures provided by the law, which are subject to the national employment programme, includes information on the number of persons employed on the labour market, data structured by counties and types of measures. The data set contains information about: — Number of persons employed, of which: • by mediation • by completing vocational training courses — number of persons in employment receiving financial support in order to complete labour income — Number of persons in employment receiving the activation premium — Number of persons employed as a result of the provision of consultancy and business start-up services — Number of persons in employment benefiting from the insertion premium — Number of persons employed in receipt of a resettlement premium — Number of persons employed as a result of the provision of consultancy and business start-up assistance — Number of persons in employment benefiting from the insertion premium — Number of unemployed persons in employment, persons over the age of 45, for whom subsidies have been granted to employers — Number of unemployed in employment, single-parent family supporters for which subsidies have been granted to employers — Number of unemployed in employment, NEETs, for which subsidies have been granted to employers — Number of unemployed, long-term unemployed, subsidised to employers — Number of unemployed in employment, persons who are still 5 years old until retirement, for whom subsidies have been granted to employers — Number of unemployed people in employment, graduates, for which subsidies have been granted to employers — Number of persons employed on the basis of solidarity contracts — Number of persons temporarily employed for public works of Community interest — Number of persons employed by other active measures.国家就业署每年会依据劳工与社会保护部制定的政策与战略，制定、实施、资助及联合资助各类就业项目，并严格遵守现行法律法规规定的职责（详见《关于国家就业署组织与运作的第202/2006号法律》第6条第(b)项）。 本数据集涵盖国家就业项目项下法定措施的月度执行情况，包含劳动力市场就业人数相关信息，数据按行政县与措施类型进行结构化整理。 本数据集包含以下统计信息： — 就业总人数，其中细分： • 通过职业中介实现就业的人数 • 完成职业培训课程后实现就业的人数 • 获得财政补贴以补足劳动收入的就业人员数量 — 获得就业激活补贴的就业人员数量 — 通过咨询与创业服务实现就业的人员数量 — 获得入职补贴的就业人员数量 — 获得安置补贴的就业人员数量 — 通过咨询与创业帮扶实现就业的人员数量 — 获得入职补贴的就业人员数量 — 已向雇主发放就业补贴的45岁以上失业就业人员数量 — 已向雇主发放就业补贴的单亲家庭供养者失业就业人员数量 — 已向雇主发放就业补贴的NEET群体（NEETs）失业就业人员数量 — 已向雇主发放就业补贴的长期失业人员就业数量 — 已向雇主发放就业补贴的距法定退休年龄不足5年的失业就业人员数量 — 已向雇主发放就业补贴的毕业生失业就业人员数量 — 基于团结合同实现就业的人员数量 — 受雇于欧盟共同体利益公共工程的临时就业人员数量 — 通过其他积极就业措施实现就业的人员数量
