This dataset contains the results of predictions by the software EnzymeExplorer on UniRef90 clusters that are longer than 230 amino acid residues and do not have any annotation in InterPro, making them a protein dark matter.  Enzyme explorer predicts whether a protein belongs to the family of terpene synthases (TPS). The dataset is a csv file with the following columns: ID - The UniProt id of the predicted sequence sequence - The amino acid sequence of the protein isTPS - A confidence score if this protein is a terpene synthase. The lowest scores that have been experimentally observed to be functional terpene synthases are about 0.35 precursor substr - A confidence score if this protein is a isoprenyl diphosphate synthase, that is the enzyme responsible for synthesis of TPS substrates. Enzymes that are isoprenyl diphosphate synthases have usually low isTPS scores Substrates (8 columns) - Confidence scores for predictions of substrates accepted by this enzyme
