Reflection high energy electron diffraction (RHEED) videos used for testing of codes in the publication. Filenames correspond to sample numbers in the Auburn FINO Lab for LFO samples grown on Dec 11, 2020. In the manuscript, Figures 2 and 3 were generated from 121120_1. Figures 4 and 5 were generated from 121120_2. Figures 6 and 7 were generated by combining the videos from 121120_1 and 121120_3. Python-based principal component analysis and k-means clustering codes used to process these videos are available on Github through the link in this repository.

本数据集包含用于本论文代码测试的反射高能电子衍射(Reflection High Energy Electron Diffraction, RHEED)视频。文件名对应奥本大学FINO实验室2020年12月11日生长的LFO样品的编号。本文手稿中的图2与图3均由121120_1号视频生成;图4与图5由121120_2号视频生成;图6与图7则通过合并121120_1与121120_3两段视频得到。 用于处理这些视频的基于Python的主成分分析(Principal Component Analysis, PCA)与k均值聚类(k-means clustering)代码,可通过本仓库内的链接在GitHub上获取。
