Gene expression in macrophages from mice fed in Western diet

The objective is identify new mechanism implicated in the response of macrophage to high-fat diet. Macrophages were isolated from the aorta of mice fed in western diet. The experiment was conduced in triplicate.

本研究旨在鉴定参与巨噬细胞（macrophage）对高脂饮食应答的新型机制。实验从饲喂西方饮食的小鼠主动脉中分离得到巨噬细胞。本实验设置三次生物学重复。
