Proteome of Cucurbita pepo subsp. pepo

Our aim was to generate a high-quality proteome of Cucurbita pepo. The protein sequences were predicted, functionally annotated and compared to cucumber, melon and watermelon proteomes.本研究旨在构建高质量的西葫芦（Cucurbita pepo）蛋白质组。研究人员对其蛋白质序列进行了预测与功能注释，并将该蛋白质组与黄瓜、甜瓜及西瓜的蛋白质组进行了比对分析。
