Raw data collected and Questionnaire from qualitative research on the relationship between the working conditions of nurses and their mental health.

This data includes responses from 50 nurses in a public hospital in Southeastern Nigeria. These responses are from questions on how their working conditions which include: working hours, work equipment and nurse to patient ratio affect their mental health and their work attitude.本数据集收录了尼日利亚东南部一家公立医院的50名护士的问卷反馈。上述反馈均针对调研问题作答，该调研旨在探究护士的工作条件——包括工作时长、工作设备与护患比(nurse to patient ratio)——对其心理健康与工作态度的影响。
